I was really disappointed with my visit to Sedum. I hadn't been there in two years, and it seems like the overall quality has declined. While most of the staff remained friendly and eager to help, there were some issues. When I requested to have one item heated, I was told it should be warm enough, but it wasn't. They ended up putting it in the microwave, but it took a while for them to realize it wasn't even plugged in—definitely a silly but amusing moment. The same thing happened with the ciabatta sandwiches; they weren’t heated properly or at a high enough temperature, which made everything feel rushed. Overall, I would rate the food a 3, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 2. I dined in for brunch, and my meal cost between £10 and £20. I hope they can improve the menu moving forward.
Visited on Saturday and what a great experience! The restaurant was bustling, but the staff were wonderful, and the food was delicious—everything you could hope for. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I recently visited Sedum at Chessington Garden Centre, and I found it to be a relaxing and inviting place. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, and the menu offered a fantastic variety of food options. I brought along three adults with disabilities for coffee and cake, one of whom was in a wheelchair. They all had a wonderful time and chose different cakes from the extensive menu available. It's definitely a place worth visiting, even if you don't plan to shop for garden items!
