The layout of the place is confusing—I'm not sure if it's a café or a grocery store. Both areas could do a lot to enhance their coffee offerings and product quality. My experience was disappointing; when I visited, the cashier was unable to assist me properly. I asked for an item that was available, but she insisted it wasn't in stock. It felt like she wasn't engaged or interested in her job. Service: Dine in Price per person: £10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

However, the café is quite small and... read more I visited Loci-express today and encountered a very calm and friendly woman who was trying her best to find a spot for us. However, the café is quite small and it felt overcrowded. I recommend finding a way to expand the café for a better experience.
