I call the store to get greeted by a gentleman who was nice, after taking my information he passed me to a manager who was extremely rude to me and told me that the app lied to me and the actual delivery time was 2 1/2 hours. I was not given a text or call about it and when asked why I was told no one had been in the store and therefore could not call me. I already frustrated by not receiving my food on time but now being treated in such a disrespectful way by the manager I was over it and asked for a refund to which she hung up on me. Will not order from here again
We love you. You are efficient, quick, and nice. I would recommend you to everyone. Except this one time an employee was mean to me, but he was probably having a bad day. I appreciate all that you guys do. Thank you very much. :
Excellent service, always on time, always fresh. Even when short-staffed or lacking in drivers, the longest I've ever waited was an hour when it was after a SNOW STORM in the winter!
The restaurant often operates with a limited staff, usually just one or two people, but every employee is wonderful and amazing despite the challenges they face. Although I have visited this place infrequently, in the last three years, I've seen them consistently maintaining a full staff. They do a great job of communicating with customers about potential delays if they don’t have enough drivers or if wait times are expected to be long. I have witnessed firsthand how the staff handles the busy environment with respect and a courteous "please understand" when they are short-staffed. They manage to maintain high-quality food and a clean workspace. I believe they deserve more recognition for the dedication and efficiency they bring to their work. Whoever hires these employees is doing an excellent job, as I often see new faces, yet everyone is incredibly friendly and accommodating.
