I ordered two medium pizzas with two toppings each. The pepperoni pizza was decent, but the one with Italian sausage and green peppers was quite lacking. There was barely any sausage or green pepper on it, which was disappointing. This isn't typical for this location, as they usually provide great service. Maybe someone new prepared my pizza this time.

Never had any problems until today, was told an hour by the online ordering and then 2 hours later my food still isn?t here. I call the store to get greeted by a gentleman who was nice, after taking my information he passed me to a manager who was extremely rude to me and told me that the app lied to me and the actual delivery time was 2 1/2 hours. I was not given a text or call about it and when asked why I was told no one had been in the store and therefore could not call me. I already frustrated by not receiving my food on time but now being treated in such a disrespectful way by the manager I was over it and asked for a refund to which she hung up on me. Will not order from here again

We love you. You are efficient, quick, and nice. I would recommend you to everyone. Except this one time an employee was mean to me, but he was probably having a bad day. I appreciate all that you guys do. Thank you very much. :

I requested contactless delivery and pressed the button to notify my arrival, then turned on my hazard lights as the app instructed. However, no one came out, so after waiting several minutes, I had to go inside myself. Very disappointing!

I'm not sure who was working the night shift on September 17th, but I want to sincerely thank them for the outstanding customer service and the food, which was far better than usual. Although I hesitated to call at first, I'm glad I took the time to unwind and enjoy the experience.

I had a negative experience with the service at this restaurant. It felt discriminatory towards people of color and Spanish-speaking individuals.

I didn't receive the cinnamon bread twist that was part of my order. The manager mentioned that $25 would be deducted from my next order, but I just paid the full amount. There hasn't been any refund or deduction at all!

I’m not sure who the cook was on my online Order : 4054 Date: 11/10/2023 8:44PMBut they need a raise! I customized my order online for the first time and they made it exactly the way I asked. The driver was nice and courteous and came with my hot meal w/ pizza, wings, subs within 25 min! My $68 order was on point and worth every penny!!

Ordered two pizzas and wings that took over an hour to get to the house. It was a Friday so completely understandable. However, one of the pizzas was nothing close to what we ordered. We had to try to find the kids something quick for dinner since they were expecting something completely different. When I called to notify the shop, I was placed on hold until someone answered who obviously didn't care about the mistake. They offered a $15 credit on the pizza that cost me a little over $18 on the order. I argued about the amount of credit, and was glad to receive a more proper amount $20). I've given this location several chances because I know it gets busy, but the continued failure of incorrect orders and extremely long wait times for delivery is unacceptable. I'm happy about the pending) reimbursement for the mistake, but you have to do a better job in a restaurant industry.

2nd time in a row our pizza was delivered cold. The 2nd time we refused it and sent back to store. The 1st time manager apologized and explained they was backed up. This time we used app and tracked the pizza. Was being delivered and we seen driveron the way, then the app seen driver going back to store. We called store and was told she forgot pizza. We asked if it wasgoing to be still hot and then told it just came out of oven thought she forgot it ??? . When driver arrived was not in red bagand the boxes were cold. Was told she took them out of bag at car other drivers do it at door ??? . We opened box, pizza cold.She said pizza was under heat lamps so didn't know why it was cold. Returned the pizza and ended up eating cereal for dinner.Very disappointed

This is by far one of the worst domino's I have ever been into in person. Between the manager yelling at employees, employees eating openly where the food is being prepared, and extremely dismissive customer service, I would never recommend this store.The final finished product of pizza was fine, but the 1 hour+ and horrible customer service, makes it a waste of time. Go toanother Dominoes.

Ordered Lunch from this location however, my order was not made to ?perfection?. lol The Buffalo Chicken sandwich I ordered was not made accurately and I ordered the 5 cheese dip Parmesan bread twist but got the Cheese and marinara dip instead. Highlydisappointed.

Ive tried ordering from this store 3 different times and all 3 times its taken my money out my account and has told me can't process your order! Well this 3rd time it charged me twice and made my account $37 dollars negative!! And was told that my orderwas never received atthe store! I called back again to make my order again and the lady worked hung up on my brother in law!This is unbelievable!

Been ordering from another pizza place but they didn?t offer a pasta with just veggies and they have spinach. My new favorite and they were quick and correct.
