Jamba was open, but unfortunately, they had no ingredients available to serve their customers. Very unprofessional!
The customer service at Jamba is disappointing. I visited twice this week and arrived 20 minutes before closing, but both times they refused to make my smoothie because they were busy cleaning up for closing.
I placed my order through the app, which was unfortunately handled by DoorDash. When I arrived at the store, I found all three employees chatting at the register and completely ignoring me until I finally said hello. When I did speak up, they curtly asked what I wanted. I mentioned that I was there to pick up an order, and with a dismissive attitude, one of them told me they weren’t making any bowls and that my order was being canceled. I didn’t receive a receipt or any proof of my order. This is the second time I’ve encountered issues at this location just this week, and there are still three hours left before closing.
They closed well before their 6 PM closing time. I waited for over 20 minutes to see if anyone would arrive, but no one came.

I recently visited the Jamba location in Cherry Hill Mall, which is conveniently located near Macy's. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend stopping by for a smoothie, bowl, or dish. The staff was fantastic, and I appreciated how they customized my smoothie just the way I like it. Thank you! - Michael
They were open, but they didn't have any products available, so they couldn't serve customers. Who does that?
