When I arrived at the store, I found all three employees chatting at the register and completely ignoring me until I finally said hello. When I did speak up, they curtly asked what I wanted. I mentioned that I was there to pick up an order, and with a dismissive attitude, one of them told me they weren’t making any bowls and that my order was being canceled. I didn’t receive a receipt or any proof of my order. This is the second time I’ve encountered issues at this location just this week, and there are still three hours left before closing.

If you’re in the area, I highly recommend stopping by for a smoothie, bowl, or dish. The staff was fantastic, and I appreciated how they customized my smoothie just the way I like it.
