Okay, this is the second time this month this has occurred.As my order was taken inside, it began with what can i get you hon . It is considered offensive or condescending when it comes from strangers of different genders that call one 'hon . I find it a complete put down. Ordered a gluten free chicken and bun. Paid extra for the GF bun. Got home and the chicken was breaded therefor not GFSo disappointing will not go back
