Rarely if ever have I updated a review or made changes but I can 't give this establishment any more than 5 Stars for a 7 Star experience! It 's no surprise that I love food as expressed through my reviews! But to go above and beyond is rare! Make feel apart of the team with service, kindness and you have a loyal customer! Tonight 's dinner was exceptional because I was comforted that my requests were met! The friendliness and follow through from the staff at Buba once again earned my dedication as a customer! Attention to details, as Sous Chef Igor exemplified tonight! It 's obvious, his friendly personality follows through to his kitchen team who also smiles and happy which we know carries through to be the preparation, talent, plating and to the front house for the clientele to enjoy it just as much! A beautiful showcase kitchen where we a get to enjoy our food being prepared! You can see the confidence from the cooks and everyone 's hearts, definitely cooking through to the food as the Shashlyk cooks through on the grill and the Khinkali is consistently and so carefully pulled together one by one through their windows! Buba Khinkal 'na rises to the true favorite status in Cherkassy for Georgian Cuisine! Initial review! Five stars! I arrive in Cherkassy always excited about the food culture! Every time it is an amazing experience! But we often think of the food by what is delivered and plated leaving little consideration of the preparation of the courses! By this, I chose tonight to sit in front of the showcase window to the line cooks who work so hard expanding and devoting their talents to the meals that are served! A truly excellent meal and we 'll balanced flavored and presentation! Tonight I left a gratuity to our excellent and friendly server named Stas ! I asked him for a special favor and that he made sure to deliver a thankful gift for them! In surprise I also left a gratuity to each of my line cooks who I watched prepare my meal! They deserved it of course! Thank you for sharing your talents with me as I enjoyed eating it! I hope to cook with you all some day! Enjoy! M

Food was good and wine (Kidzmarauli)... read more We had a group dinner here on Tuesday night. Ordered pretty much everything on the menu including deserts and soft drinks. Food was good and wine (Kidzmarauli) as well. Decor and tables were modern and comfy. That’s where good stuff ends. Service was slow and inadequate for this type of restaurant. We had to pour the wine ourselves and ask servers multiple times to take away dirty dishes. This restaurant also denied to make French fries for our daughter despite it being a reasonable request.

We started with two different kinds of hinkali of course, also try the hachapuri, stuffed mushrooms and fresh grilled veggies followed, finish with beef kebab. The kids chicken menu is incredible. Service is nice, definitely must visit.
