What User doesn't like about Auberge Tom B&b:
The facilities are indeed very good and the place is beautiful. However, we did not feel at ease with the owner. We were 4 adults and a child. We wanted to take advantage of the interior spaces to play board games. We felt like we were disturbing. Rooms: 5 Service: 3 Location: 5 View all feedback.
The owner is very friendly and does everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The rooms are very comfortable. Ours offered us a magnificent view of the Gatineau River. A charming place perfect for relaxing and unwinding for a weekend or more. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
I have been meaning to write this review for awhile. My parents, husband and I stayed at Auberge Tom in October. I was supposed to be having a graduation ceremony for my PhD, but because of COVID this was not possible, so my family was looking for something special to do to celebrate. Enter Auberge Tom and Barbara we could not have made a better decision. Barbara is an outstanding host and the b&b she has created is spectacular. She went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. When we arrived, we celebrated with champagne and an amazing cheese board. The location was perfect for taking some beautiful photos, especially with the fall foliage as a backdrop. We ordered the dinner meals from Les Fougeres, which was outstanding and Barbara served everything beautifully. The breakfast from Barbara was out of this world. We had wonderful sleeps in the amazing beds. The property itself and all of the relaxation areas are awesome, and the COVID protocols made us feel very safe. It was a perfect stay, and we will definitely be back. Thank you Barbara!

Magical weekend with my boyfriend in the company of Barbara, Cousco, Maya and Bruno, our hosts at the Auberge Tom B&B in Chelsea in Gatineau. Excellent service. Great culinary discovery. This was our first B&B experience and I do believe Barbara may have ruined any future B&B we stay at. She's set the bar very high. It was so good we booked our second stay before we even left.
