Wendy's - Chehalis

I always enjoy this wendy's, fast and friendly service. They are usually super busy all the time thou. Good job chehalis Wendy's. I didnt give 5 star cause it is fast food.

I can't not believe how bad the customer service was from the store manager at the chehalis wendys. Very rude and unprofessional.I will not be returning to this wendys.You would think being the big boss you would treat your customers better.

Ridiculous wait to get cold food.We pulled up to the drive thru tonight with no one in front of us, then had a long wait for our food just for everything to be absolutely stone cold when we got home five minutes later. I couldn't even finish my food. The quality has seriously dropped in the last few months.Skip this Wendy's and go up one exit to Centralia for hot food.

The card machine hardly ever works. Might as well go somewhere else.2/24/2024Was going to leave a 1 star review realized I did already.Adding the fact the food is cold when we got it this most resent time.

Order was wrong (which I didn't catch until I was home). When I got to the window and was given my order I asked if there was buttercream sour cream for my potato. The girl huffed and when she gave them to me she slammed the window she walked away while I was trying to tell her I needed 2 of each for both potatoes.. When I got home realized I only got 1 potato.. Very poor service..
