When I arrived, the restaurant was mostly empty, yet I was informed that they were fully booked and couldn’t seat us. We decided to leave and went to the sushi restaurant next door, where we had a fantastic experience.

I convinced my boss to have our Christmas work party here because... read more Whats most terrible about my review is I normally love this place. I tell everyone to go here. I convinced my boss to have our Christmas work party here because I 've never had a bad experience. I called a week or more in advance and booked the Yacht room for 8 people at 6:30. We get there and they gave our table to someone else and sat our group in the bar. Completely felt unwanted and uncared for. The waitress came and took our drink and appetizer orders but didn 't come back for an hour. She then took our dinner order and then returned 30 min later saying we needed to reorder our food because they where out of the steak. They didn 't even bring our salad out till after 8pm. We got there at 6:30. Almost 2 hours to just get a salad. When I made my order I told the waitress my allergy and if what I was wanting had any of that on it. She told me no. When our food came out I took 1 bite and had an allergic reaction and had to leave. I had left my epi-pen in my vehicle. My boss went to talk to them about what happened and there was no apology. All they said was well your meal was going to be comped anyway because we lost our liquor license seriously? Not even an apology? We didn 't go there thinking the food was going to be free, we went to have a good time. And they didn 't care at all
