Went there once and ordered food for my husband and I. when we got home and we started eating my husband unwrapped his burger and there was no patty on it. No meat at all, just a bun, lettuce and sauce. Cheap prices though compared to places like McDonald 's and others.

Decided to buy an extra shake because the kid got the size wrong, also forgot our drinks. He looked like he wanted to kill us so I gave him 5 bucks to make him feel bad

As someone who used to work here at this exact location I’m very disappointed in the terrible quality of food service! We ordered online 5 double quarter pounders received cold burgers with hard cheese single patties on our doubles! Pretty gross considering the grill is a press and it takes not even 5 mins for burgers to be dropped .

Update may 24th 2022×× the burgers have good flavor now they are seasoned!!, The limited time pineapple habenaro chicken tenders are awesome?, and the ocean water drink is the best. they need better managers there, who ever is working nights. Sucks. They can't even make a burger right, and its the same every time we go.since they opened! CHECK YOUR FOOD. We were the only car in drive thru, its just laziness ordered the new big dill pickle burger only got 2 deep fried pickles peices ,no regular pickles ,no lettuce, no mayo. warm fries ,it was 20$ order and they couldn't even do that right. Been in fast food 20 yrs and this is by far the worst establishment in lewis county,update Dec 1st the chop house steak burger needs to be on the menu full time.
