The lady who was up front was busy talking to everyone rather than coming to take mine and my child’s order. I am a server myself, and I would never let someone with a small child sit there for that long while I’m too busy talking. Very poor service all the way around. I paid for our drinks and we resorted to something else.

The lobby was empty when we arrived, yet a staff member informed us there would be a 35-minute wait due to a family of 14 that had just placed their order. This meant it would be 35 to 40 minutes before we would even get our food. It was hard to believe that just one family could cause such a long delay. This place is really frustrating.

The manager was never aroun... read more Terrible and Unresponsive Customer Service. Two of my family members ended up in the hospital due to food poisoning from their food. The manager was never around, and the only solution offered was a refund. When your family is seriously ill, you expect more than that. I never received the refund, and it seems that no other manager is willing to address the situation. I've decided to share my experience through more reviews instead.

It has become my go-to Denny's and morning spot whenever I have some free time. The staff are excellent and encourage you to work, study, or just relax with a book when it's quiet. Jimie is truly a treasure and makes the place feel like home. The food is reliable and consistently good. The friendly atmosphere really makes a difference. I find myself waking up before dawn just to enjoy a hot cup of diner coffee and some biscuits here. Highly recommended!

Most likely will not be a repeat customer. Centralia is ran way better! Not to mention the hair that was in my omelette and the Manager on duty seemed really annoyed that we brought it to her attention. CHECK, PLEASE!
