No big deal,... read more Man I hate to leave a 1 star review but if it saves somebody from going here then it’s worth it. You walk in and every table hasn’t been wiped off. No big deal, it was like 1:30 so maybe they were busy. I ordered my food and they didn’t have hot sauce or napkins out so I asked them to fill it and they did. Then I found a hair in the bowl I was eating out of. At that point I threw the rest out. I went to use the bathroom and it was of course disgusting. My main concern was that there was no toilet paper so the toilet was clogged with paper towels and there was NO SOAP or SANITIZER so how are the employees washing their hands. I’m disgusted I ate there. Again, not a big deal individually but clearly this location doesn’t have it together. Fast food is a tough gig, but you can’t have signs saying employees must wash hands before returning to work and then not have soap. I wish I read the reviews. I’ll never eat here again.

The food stations were in disarray, wi... read more This is the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. I visited on January 27th around 5 or 6 PM, and it was a complete disaster. The food stations were in disarray, with toppings spilling into one another and dried out in the corners. The floor was soaked with melted ice and water from the snow outside. Almost all the tables were dirty except for one, and there were only three customers in the entire restaurant. It was absolutely appalling. Just take a look at the guacamole they served me; they placed two of the cups at the bottom so I wouldn't notice. It's a health hazard—don't eat here!

I frequent this place and I shouldn’t. The rice maker was broken, then on another occasion you could only order online. The staff is lazy. Once in the middle of lunch hour a worker was texting while people were waiting in line. Another time the place was quiet and not one worker came out to clean tables or sweep. The place is so dirty and they don’t clean it well. The only reason this is still in business is the location. I’m sure they could do so much better if they had decent management. The owner must neglect this place. You can tell the workers run this place. It’s horrible.

Skip. It was filthy, dirty, and gross. They didn’t have any forks or napkins, and the place was trashed. They actually have security guards sitting in there to babysit you. It would be nice if he would pick up trash, but he just sat there watching people wreck the place.
