There was literally food all over the floor, the tables, the... read more If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I've never been more disgusted by a Chipotle than this. There was literally food all over the floor, the tables, the counters, stepped in, and trash EVERYWHERE! The staff was rude, they were forcing people to order online, the counters behind the glass service area were abysmal, and the music in the back was so loud they were yelling over eachother to be heard. I ordered online and had to wait for nearly 30min for them to make it, and my bag was then tossed at the pick up shelf. There was old food stuck to my bag and all of my containers were covered in mess. I ended up tossing my food in the trash because I was worried I would get sick if I ate it considering the condition of this location. No one was wearing any gloves or hairnets. I literally watched them touch their phones, face, the filthy counters and then prepare food. Disgusting. A health inspector honestly needs to pay them a visit. This is a major health concern.
