That said, my concern wasn’t with the wait time; it was with the employee at the drive-thru, Mackenzie. She was quite rude while we were trying to place our order, and when we got to the payment window, she didn't say a word except to inform me of the total amount. To make matters worse, she forgot to give me a straw for my drink. I wished her a nice day, but she completely ignored me. I’m really disappointed with the level of customer service. The food was fantastic, but honestly, I’m not sure I’ll return.

I've returned home several times only to find that parts of my orders are missing, which is incredibly frustrating. When I'm paying for a meal, I expect to receive everything I ordered, not just the fries. This is far from perfect service, and it feels like I'm essentially being cheated out of my money when items are not included as they should be. I often order a cheese sandwich, but I've ended up with a sandwich that has no cheese, which makes me a very disappointed customer.
