What User likes about Ruby Sunshine:
This place was great! It lives up to the legend of it 's New Orleans home base. And rivals its sister store in Gatlinburg. We had brunch after visiting the aquarium a couple of blocks away. There were 7 of us in total and everyone loved everything they ordered. Eggs cochin was definitely a hit. The French toast bites were a little sweet for me, but the kids loved it. Very average food the menu itself has interesting items but they aren't cooked great. My pancakes were so cold which was disappointing because they pineapple upside down pancakes would have been good if warm or hot. I got the chicken and french toast entre and the french toast literally tasted like croutons, they were so dry and crunched like a crouton. The chicken was tasty though.
