Visiting 7 Hills for dinner, the atmosphere was pleasant and the staff friendly, although the pub food during happy hour was just okay. However, the seafood dishes at dinner were described as terrible, leaving much to be desired. Despite the disappointing entrees, the late-night entertainment provided by the DJ was enjoyable. Another group had high expectations but were left disappointed by the service and quality of food. On the other hand, a customer praised the excellent customer service and food at Il Primo. While some guests encountered issues with the waitstaff, others highlighted the delicious food and impressive service, particularly from a server named Alan who went above and beyond. Overall, experiences at 7 Hills and Il Primo varied from disappointing meals to excellent service and enjoyable dining experiences.

Was Anonym at Primo a mag?
Weâve been to Primo multiple times and it has never disappointed in either quality of food or service. Our server last night was phenomenal in his ability to juggle multiple tables (indoors and outdoors) and still keep up with every detail requested by every table. It took about 15 minutes for anyone to greet our table at all, so we were able to already decide on our dinner by the first time a server talked to us. It then took another 25-30 minutes for our dinner to arrive. We had a Caesar salad, sliders, and... View all feedback.
My favorite restaurant in Chattanooga! It's great for a date because there are no reservations so you'll probably end up sitting at the bar for a drink
Back to back Wednesdays I've worked late and stopped in to avoid cookingSolid place to be certain.
My stomach hurtsTwo stars for the friendly service and buildingI was told it used to be the neighborhood grocery store.
Excellent pricey Italian place. Little on the upscale side. No dish under $15 dollars. Crowded and loud for Monday night. Excellent service and food though. No reservation needed when we went. May be different on weekends. Got a 4 cheese penne pastawith a butternut squash soup. Both were excellent. Obviously made in kitchen with fresh ingredients.
