Ruth's Chris Steak House - Chattanooga

Our dinner was very good. the 8oz filets were wonderful and were prepared for our order. the kartoffels were perfect. my wife enjoyed two glasses of wine that seemed overpriced $13per. I had two manhattans, who weren't really good. after our dinner I found out why the drinks had failed when I watched the bartender who drowned the bourbon with sweeter vermouth in my nightcap. huge exaggeration! the cocktails were overpriced $18.25ea anyway, so I will probably opt for a high house design or ice water next time. I mentioned the question to the bartender, but decided not to embarrass him.

My wife and I had a great experience in the chris steakhouse of ruth in chattanooga tn. the waiting staff was very well trained, they went beyond and beyond to ensure that we were well looked after. our meal was fantastic, perfectly cooked, sides were amazing, and plentiful. the atmosphere was perfect, there was music, but not too loud. they are just what I have to pay for fine eating. we are looking forward to our next visit.

I remember going to ruths chris when I was younger and I had some unforgettable experiences. my steak was excellent and also our server. I mention the next bit, ruths chris can not dare or bring someone into difficult things, but in the hope that the restaurant can recover some of what could have been made last night to an unforgettable experience. 1. the music was loud as sports bar levels. I could not hear our server and I have an excellent listening. our server was very committed to our request and agreed to us. our reservation was at 6, so I suppose everyone was before us to hear the blow. 2. Our lobster mac cheese was best lukewarm. we took it home to heat it up. 3. the battery operated candles looked cheap. can we not have real candles for this $300 culinary experience? 4. this is small, but it was visible, accumulated dust on the lampshades and sprinkler heads. they see the little dinge as an indicator of how passionate people are about providing a good service in a top restaurant of the line. our server was friendly and very attentive to us. We never felt rushed and were made to feel welcome. they can overcome a lot with good service, but I think if more attention to the mentioned article, Ruth’s chris can “the place” in chattanooga for a great steak dinner.

The food was delicious as expected. The service, by Mr. Drake, was exquisite and he was the consummate professional.

Dinning at Ruth Chris Steak House is an exquisite and wonderful treat. This was our first time to visit. We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary. We were warmly greeted by several of the staff as we were shown to our booth. our server, Alysea, was outstanding. Being our first time to a Ruth Chris Steak House, Alysea took a few moments to provide us a history of the business. Afterwards, she explained to us how various food items are prepared and served. As she took our order, she explained more details on how each item would be prepared. From the salad we ordered to the main course, all food items were delicious. Our main entrees (a New York Strip Steak for me and stuffed chicken for my wife) were probably the hottest in temperature we have ever received (hot in a good way). Both were seasoned just right. The side items were also hot and tasty. Throughout our meal, Alysea would check on us periodically to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. She also made sure our beverage glasses were topped off. Overall, we had a wonderful dinner experience. Alysea's service further made our dinner event most enjoyable.
