Patrons have expressed frustration over poor service and staffing issues at the restaurant. Many have encountered rude staff and frequent inventory shortages, particularly near closing time, leading to disappointing dining experiences. While some customers reported helpful management interventions, such as complimentary items, the overall consensus highlights a lack of adequate staffing and long wait times. Despite decent food offerings, including vegan-friendly options, the restaurant’s operational struggles have overshadowed its potential. For those seeking a smoother dining experience, alternative locations may be worth considering. Improvements in management and staffing could transform this venue into a true contender.

The Ten Vegetable Soup is vegan-friendly, as is the bread bowl. The restaurant also provides salads, sandwiches, and bowls that can be customized to be vegan upon request.

I had not visited Panera in the last 2 years until today. Previous experiences with Panera in Franklin, Tn. were extremely positive. At this location, parking options are limited and observed stains on the floor and a general lack of cleanliness. The employee who took my order (Eddy) was exceptionally professional, friendly, detailed and knowledgeable, I provided her witha 20% tip. The total bill was $35.00 (1 large drink, 1 medium drink, 1 turkey/bacon/avocado SW, I bowl of turkey/chili, 1 napachicken salad SW, 1 cup of ten veggie soup, 2 muffins, 1 chip/1 baguette. I desired a sweet tea but the container empty. Staffadvised me replacement was ongoing. I waited a few minutes but when meal was ready, selected a bland tasting lemonadereplacement. Upon picking up order, observed an obvious hair embedded in the chicken salad. Advised staff who replaced theSW and upon my request, the ten veggie soup and baguette as well. The turkey/bacon/avocado SW was a disaster, turkey not slicedbut served in chunks as was the avocado which also lacked taste. On a positive note, bread and bacon were excellent! Turkeychili contained chunks as well vs. normally smaller sliced pieces. I disposed of plates etc., noting that the disposal point wasexcessively full and not clean. that should have been cleared. A distasteful experience...will never visit Panera again.

Popped in to grab a quick dinner but ended up waiting forever only to have one thing on my order wrong and then two other items completely left off. It would be easy to blame staff since their hands technically made the mistake, but the truth is that itwas easy to see they were swamped with drive through and in store patrons. They didn?t have enough staff. Andstaffing/resourcing is always a management and owner issue. Every time. I feel bad that the staff was stuck in such a huge rutand making mistakes with myself and other customers. You could tell it was raising the stress levels. What?s is managementdoing to hire and keep help? I?ll bet the cost of my order that it sure isn?t paying wages that will make it worth a new hire?stime and effort.
