Seated immediately. Waited 10 minutes for the waitress to come take our order. She walked past us a couple of times. Finally got another waitress to come take our order. Waited over 30 minutes for our food. When it finally came it was cold. Food sucked. Service sucked. Won't be back.

I want to begin by saying these servers deserve a raise! Without them, you wouldn't have any customers at all. The restaurant has really improved. There's a lovely person at the front who takes names, and she is absolutely wonderful. We only waited 20 minutes, even though it was crowded (we used to wait much longer). Sometimes we choose to wait for Carlos, who is simply the best. He would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. No matter what happens, he always makes sure his tables are completely satisfied. There's also another server (I wish I could remember his name) who made my son's day by drawing some fantastic pictures for him when it was less busy, all while keeping an eye on his other tables. I wish people understood that the challenges they're facing aren't the fault of the staff and that being understaffed is not their doing.

Since COVID this once excellent restaurant has had some hard times with servers. This particular visit was wait for someone to seat you, and then wait for them to take your order, and then wait for your food to arrive. This was breakfast, should be quick in and quick out like use-to-be, it's pancakes and coffee, 45 minutes was our total time there, not the only ones with this issue. The food was good and just the way we ordered and we were not in a hurry so we enjoyed our visit and the waitress was real kind. I really hope this restaurant gets going soon or I feel it will not make it much longer.

I visited this IHOP with my children who wanted to go as an end of summer treat. First, we arrived and waited 10 minutes before any of multiple employees even acknowledged us (there were only 4 tables with patrons at the time). I finally had to ask if wecould be seated only to have them act as though it was a rude question. Then, none of the items my children wanted that theyhad seen advertised were available. Nor were the spooky pancakes being promoted on the table. Nor was orange juice. Wefinally get our food. We had no silverware or napkins. I get up to search the restaurant as there are now no employees in siteand have to carry my baby to the front desk to get our own silverware. We are ready to leave and request our check. Instead, our waitress goes and gets the check of someone else who asked after me, ran the card and brought it back and refilled multiplebeverages. After 10 minutes, my credit card sitting on the table the entire time, I had to again request the check. What aterrible experience. Your staff could not have treated me any more poorly and ruined what should have been a special day for myboys. I was very disappointed and will be sure to share my opinion with others. Clearly your restaurant does not want familiesto visit.

We had to wait quite a while at the entrance, and even though employees walked by numerous times, no one acknowledged us. Eventually, I approached a young lady I assumed was the manager and asked if they were serving that morning. She apologized and started to gather condiments to seat us. I pointed out that there were two other guests who had been waiting longer. She apologized again and asked all of us to follow her, though we were a bit puzzled. We ended up being seated at different tables, and drink orders were taken at my table. When the drinks arrived, we placed our order. Unfortunately, it took about 45 minutes for our food to arrive. While it was hot and delicious, the wait was frustrating. I considered leaving but wanted to stay for my 6-year-old grandson’s sake. It seemed they were short-staffed, which appears to be a common issue recently. On my second visit on August 30th, the experience was even worse. We were seated around 10:45, and our order was taken shortly after at 11. The waitress checked on us several times, but by 11:45, only half of our order arrived, and it was wrong and cold. I informed the waitress about the missing items, but since it took so long, we decided to just keep the cold food. I also noticed that my order was incorrect, so the waitress took it back to be remade. Meanwhile, several guests who had arrived after us were finishing their meals. When the waitress eventually returned, she only brought back my side item, which was hot, but we still had not received any condiments. She came back multiple times to inform me that my order was still being remade. By 1 PM, I expressed that this was unacceptable, and she promised to send over a manager. The manager came, and after I explained our dissatisfaction and said we didn’t think we should have to pay, she just agreed and walked away. We left a tip for the waitress and started to leave, but she informed us that we would still have to pay for the cold food.
