After a tiring day of exploring Rock City and Ruby Falls, we decided to grab a bite at Fazoli's. Despite arriving close to closing time, we were warmly welcomed by a friendly young lady who took our order. The service we received, along with the delicious food and complimentary breadsticks from Mr. Adrien, made us feel like we were dining in an upscale Italian restaurant. This location's service and quality surpassed any other Fazoli's we have been to in the past. This review is especially important as many restaurants are struggling post Covid, but the staff here did not disappoint. If we could, we would give this place 10 stars for their hard work and outstanding service. We are grateful to all the employees at Fazoli's and can't wait to return to Chattanooga to dine here again.
