Description
Krystal's on Lee Highway presents a mixed bag of experiences. While some customers rave about the delicious burgers and crispy fries served hot, others express frustration with poor service and unsanitary conditions. Reports of unclean environments, rude staff interactions, and misunderstandings regarding charges for debit card usage have marred the dining experience for many. Although a few patrons appreciate the quality of the food and attentive service from specific team members, the inconsistent management and lack of communication leave much to be desired. Overall, prospective diners should weigh these factors before deciding to visit.

This restaurant is extremely gross and is managed by unsanitary individuals. There is mold in the air conditioning vents and on the chairs. The grills, registers, and other areas where food is in contact are not cleaned on a regular basis. Enjoy your visit to Krystal's on Lee Highway.
This is like the 5th time the manager/GM Tonya seemed to have an attitude or was short with me. She likes to close the window on customers and walk away. I don't understand all the aggression for no reason. It's like she anticipates a bad interaction or maybe thinks small talk means customers are flirting with her. That's not the case. You shouldn't be treating customers like they are a bother to you. They are who keeps your doors open and who keeps you employed. When I came through the drive thru I was told the wrong total for my meal twice. Come to find out it was intentionally done because she argued with me that she's not supposed to tell me that there is a fee now for using your debit card that had nothing to do with Krystals. Who's reading that little sign in the window? Plus I had cash. And why wouldn't you tell me the correct total. I don't know how long Krystals has been doing this but you are gonna lose business like this. Why am I paying for your card service fee? Then intentionally not giving a receipt so you don't catch it.
I don't understand what the deal was tonight, just after 6pm. My husband and I walked over to Krystal's since Google had said dine-in was open. Not only was it not available, we were told they were closed. The employees had put a tray in the door to keep it from shutting and locking and were sitting in a car right next to the door and when we went to open it, said they were closed without explanation. Good way to keep customers from returning and patronizing your establishment. Way to go Krystal's!!
