Food tasted great. Order was correct. Love Chipotle in general. Used the app to order and food was ready when I got there. They did seem to be struggling on cleaning and stocking which makes me think it was a lack of employees. They were super busy on this Friday night. The trash cans were overflowing and the counter was out of forks and napkins.

I don't really know how to give bad reviews for places where the employees are trying their best under the current situation of people not wanting to take jobs. For what it's worth, this was my very first Chipolte experience in my life. I RARELY eat out. The employees here were doing the best they could. No one was idle and despite being busy, they kept a relatively friendly attitude. Food was meh. No complaints. It was just super average food All that being said, when I walked into this place, I thought I was at the Mexican-food equivalent to a waffle house. It looks like it was a 24 hours place that had never been cleaned. Garbage cans full, Sprite was only getting soda water, no syrup. Tables with food all over them that clearly hadn't been cleaned in several hours. The kitchen looked really disgusting but again, I can't blame the employees. They were serving people. Apparently there were no spare employees to handle cleanliness. But, maybe this is the norm for Chipolte. Bottom line, my first Chipolte experience was my last.

This is the second issue I?ve had with this location. Not only was there, what appeared to be, a wood chip? In 1/2 of the entrees but the second entrees ?queso? smelled and tasted like cheap nacho cheese from a movie theater. Reached out to customer service on the app, and after spending $35 in total, they only reimbursed half and gave a complimentary ?chips and guacamole?? I don?t even like guacamole? won?t be back here anymore at all.

Really disappointed. My mom and I were really excited to try it after seeing all the commercials for Chipotle. We had never been before and we'll never go again. We had an awful experience at the Chattanooga gunbarrel location. The staff was horriblyrude to us, we had never been there before and asked questions and were met with short answers and were rushed through addingtoppings to our food when there was no one in line behind us. My mom asked for steak. They gave her chicken then made an ordealabout changing it. My mom, not being confrontational and a peace maker said chicken was fine. So I ordered the steak and wesplit it. Nowhere on the menu overhead did it say the toppings would be extra and no one told us they were more when adding themto the burritos (remember, we've never been here before) We check out expecting a $20-22 bill and we're hit with $33 and change. For a chicken burrito, steak burrito and one drink. Food was ok. Not great but not awful. Everything feels worse tho whenyou're not treated well by the staff. But all day and evening I've had the worst heartburn and burping up the food. I'll nevergo back and don't recommend anyone go to this location.

I ate here yesterday for lunch and took it to go. As I was eating I found this fingernail in my food. This is disgusting and unacceptable! There is no clear avenue to contact customer service and it would be greatly appreciated if someone frommanagement/ ownership would contact me. This rating doesn?t even deserve a 1 star for how nasty this is and I hope to hear fromsomeone soon or I will continue to push this issue. This wasn?t a piece of equipment that had fallen into food, this is a pieceof the body which is absolutely heinous! Some type of compensation is required with this one. I have documentation of mypurchase as well for some reason that is in question.
