In 1/2 of the entrees but the second entrees ?queso?... read more This is the second issue I?ve had with this location. Not only was there, what appeared to be, a wood chip? In 1/2 of the entrees but the second entrees ?queso? smelled and tasted like cheap nacho cheese from a movie theater. Reached out to customer service on the app, and after spending $35 in total, they only reimbursed half and gave a complimentary ?chips and guacamole?? I don?t even like guacamole? won?t be back here anymore at all.

They messed up my bowl after I told them not to put sour cream on it, I ask them can they remake it and both the manger and the staff working the front I guess... read more They messed up my bowl after I told them not to put sour cream on it, I ask them can they remake it and both the manger and the staff working the front I guess she supposed to be in the back cutting up vegetables as she told me before she started making my bowl had an attitude because they had to remake a bow that literally take less than a minute. This is why this chipotle either one is understaffed dirty you can’t even drink any of the juices because they all smell like alcohol, which means that literally there is some type of bacteria in there for the drinks to be smell like alcohol all the time,if you want chipotle I would just go down to the one downtown they’re always clean professional even when there is a bunch of people they’re still nice. Like I literally don’t get people who have an attitude when you asked them to do there job. didn’t get loud or rude just ask them to simply make a bowl. If you don’t believe me just go in there and taste the “ organic lemonade That’s fresh every every day” ? let a surprise health inspector come into that store.
