Nestled in Chattanooga, this modern Italian restaurant offers a mix of enchanting atmosphere and fluctuating culinary experiences. While many patrons praise the romantic ambiance and attentive service, opinions diverge on the food. Highlights include flavorful pasta dishes like bolognese and veal scallopini, but some find the portion sizes lacking and certain offerings bland. Compliments often go to the complimentary bread, while others express disappointment over uninspired dishes. Despite initial service hiccups, especially for reservations, many vow to return for its cozy charm and delectable flavors, making it a noteworthy spot for date nights and special occasions.

The ravioli tasted great but only 7 little pieces $2.60 per piece) spread out symmetrically on the plate. It looked like it was from a children’s menu. Make sure you’re not hungry and have lots of money to spend. Our group of 7 was served bread with dip prior to the main dish. Again, make sure you’re not hungry because there wasn’t much to go around. No music and no candles. It didn’t feel like an Italian restaurant. The parking lot was dark and in a sketchy part of town that was not reassuring. The waitress was friendly.

First time there. Had the Tagliolini Bolognese. The sauce was thick and flavorful. Pasta was tender and not mushy. Ceaser Salad, fresh and tasty. The owner was great, we had a table of 6, he came out and Entertained us; we talked, laughed and enjoyed the whole night. Will definitely go back when in Chattanooga.

Enjoyed a winded dinner at Boccaccio. It is smaller so I suggest making reservations. We didn?t have a problem getting one same day. The lasagna is amazing and sells out. Our services was so helpful.

Food is pretty good, but the service is subpar. We were the first customers in, yet the waitress only came to our table about three times. When I asked about a dish for dessert, she said that she thought it may be out for the day, but didn't go back tofind a definite answer. Then when I gave her my card for the bill, she chatted with her coworker, drank her personal beverage, and waited on another table before finally running my card. Overall, it may be worth finding another place to dine if you careabout service.
