I had the brisket, collard greens, mac and chees... read more I hate to leave a review without photos, but I finished my meal so quickly that I didn't have time to take any! I had the brisket, collard greens, mac and cheese, and cornbread, and everything was fantastic. The flavor and bark on the brisket were incredible, and the collard greens were the best I've had in Chattanooga. The mac and cheese was creamy and delicious, and the cornbread was sweet and just right! The sweet tea was excellent, and I love adding fresh lemon to it. I can’t wait to come back and try the dessert that we missed—it looked amazing!

I had the brisket sandwich with Macn cheese and cranked greens. phenomenal. other friends in the group got a series of ripening, pulled gay, huh, etc. and everyone was thrilled. highly recommended to support this local and safe to be classic spot. prost!
