What Nick Marshall likes about Soban Korean Cuisine:
The food here is very good indeed. It's not exactly Korean ...more of a fusion of Korean and Asian. Anyway we had three dishes and all were extremely tasty. In fact I asked her a question which required an answer and she went off and never returned with the reply. Actually I think they might... View all feedback. What Dayana Murazik doesn't like about Soban Korean Cuisine:
I used to go to Soban Chatswood and the old Hornsby site a lot. Since then since the things changed (Chatswood added Handon and Hornsby closed) The food was not the same. Some dishes on the menu are still okay, especially the salads that are really unique and dressed with reduced balsamico. The added Chinese Korean dishes are okay, but nothing, for which I would get the desire for. View all feedback.

read moreTowan and Soban has received mixed reviews from customers. While some have praised the unique salads and prompt service, others have complained about rude and unwelcoming behavior from the owner, as well as lukewarm food. Despite the varying opinions, the restaurant offers a fusion of Chinese and Korean flavors, with some standout dishes such as the Chilli Chicken and Bibimbap. Prices are considered reasonable by many, making it a viable option for a satisfying meal. Ultimately, the overall dining experience at Towan and Soban seems to depend on individual preferences and expectations.
