What Ludwig Romaguera likes about Pamana:
We have been to this restaurant twice. My wife occasionally gets homesick for Filipino home cooking (other than her own). I don't normally like Dinaguan but I like it at Pamana its rich and tangy. The Crispy Pata was a BIG serving and was almost...as good as it gets. The first time we went there the service was patchy but the second time it was friendly and attentive. The restaurant also accommodates large groups for fun and interactive dining experiences like the Boodle Fight, where a variety of dishes are enjoyed off banana leaves. With friendly service and a BYO policy, Pamana provides a memorable dining experience for those looking to explore authentic Filipino flavors.
