I had the hand made noodle with chicken and potatoes. It was around the $10 mark, I couldn't remember the exact price. Food was nice and portion was okay for its price. This is one of the 'cheaper' options available in Hawker Lanes. Will definitely come back. View all feedback.
What Audra Bins doesn't like about Noodle Warriors:
Very limited in selections and quite a wait time doesn't make for a good start when eating here. The food was sometimes lacking flavor and could've done with a little more spice and sauce View all feedback.
Cashier was quick to take my order, I order the bbq buns. They were freshly made and steamed. Taste was all right but not the best, after about 10 minute I was very thirsty. I am not sure how much msg they've put into the bbq fillings, but I drank 2 glass of water straightaway after getting back to my office. I have a new nickname for this place 'msg buns'
Was expecting so much more from this place and was a let down of sorts. For a eatery to style itself on dumplings and then not deliver for me is a big let down. The pricing was little high and wait times of up to 15 minutes was testing ones patience
Rude and Petty When I ordered the steamed pork dumplings (which were not great at all by any means) I asked for an extra plastic sauce holder as there was chilli, soy, vinegar condiments available. The person at the cashier told me rudely 1 plastic holder per order when clearly the previous customer got 2 when she asked for it. The holder is worth nothing and here I want to highlight how petty they were.. And I was forced to put all the condiments in 1 tiny holder. I was served by the person below.
Terrible! I went today before lunch rush and the delay for my food was unbelievable. I had two small children with me and I had to wait over 20mins for 8 steamed dumplings! Disappointed with it, as the menu said pork dumplings and soup and when my dumplings finally arrived, I asked where the soup was, and she laughed and said it was in the dumpling! Clearer menu would have been better, however I certainly will not be returning.
{ _anne_with_an_e // review } So I was craving dumplings and seeing that I was in the Hawker Lane, it made sense to pay a visit to Dumplings & Co. There happened to be a sign that wasn't very prominent that said 'Back in --mins' (I couldn't quite remember the exact minutes), but a lady at the counter seemed to be taking orders. So I ordered the mix dumpling platter and pork dumplings (from memory). And after ordering I realised they were understaffed and their head cook I assumed was on their lunch break. So the wait for my order to be prepared seemed to take for-ev-er. To the point where a customer who ordered before me asked for a refund being too frustrated to wait any longer. But I waited, and waited, and finally got my order but was left disappointed as the dumplings lacked flavour and nothing I'd really come back for. Pros // freshly cooked Cons // long waits, average tasting Food: 3/5 Ambience: 3/5 Service: 2.5/5
