What can I say... that's the perfect combinations!
Flavour bring me back memory of living in China.
Having skewer by the side road, and the aroma from skewer being grilled giving you authentic Xinjiang dish experiences.
Here in Chatswood store, you can see the skewer also being made and griller from the outside clear windows.
The skewer it self Combine lamb rump pieces and fat, and meat has been marinated with cum... View all feedback.
What Danny McCullough doesn't like about Madame Nhu:
Good smokey meat on a stick.
Pretty hard to get it wrong.
Had the lamb and some chicken sticks.
Price is reasonable for a shopping centre (not a hawker...)
Order was taken quickly but food took 15minutes to prepare and serve. View all feedback.

We had the Teriyaki Wagyu Beef and the Lamb skewers. Good value at around $10 for 5 Beef and $5 for 3 Lamb skewers. The lamb was the tastier out of the two for me. Pieces of lamb fat made it more tender and juicier. The beef skewers were more chewy and tough. Overall good value!
Having grown up on cumin lamb skewers from Chinese street vendors, I was very excited to relive my childhood at Lamb & Cumin. Got their signature lamb skewers - 5 for $8. Not bad value and definitely moreish. Love the cumin and chilli salt which you can use according to your liking. The lamb is pretty tender, although some bits were a bit fatty. Overall, it made me nostalgic for those smoky charcoal-y plump lamb chunks that I had when I was a kid. jinandjase.com
Located in Hawker Lane chatswood, decor is essentially a food court which is decorated like a bustling laneway in Asia. I thought the skewers were not too bad, chewy with nice spices. 3 for $5.50 or 5 for $8 for fairly thin skewers is not cheap though.
