Really excellent Vietnamese food. Some of the best, if not the best, I've had in Sydney. What Patsy McGlynn dislikes about Huong Lua:
Interesting blend of modern French and Vietnamese cuisine... Unfortunately doesn't live up to expectations.
Fresh spring rolls were bland and vegetable curry was over seasoned. Disappointing overall. View all feedback.
Vietnamese restaurant trying to be Italian, if you're vietnamese dont waste your money here, u wont like it, the food taste like **** The price was hell no
Not everyone likes a modern take on an Asian classic but when done right can be great and with this establishment they've come close to it. Whilst not every dish gets hit out of the park, they do a great way to verbal job of modernizing the dishes to incorporate western tastes. Personally I prefer the authentic stuff but if you're in the area give it a go
The food here is delicious, so fresh and great sizes for sharing. The scallops were wonderful, and the pho is as good as Vietnam. I love the modern twist. Will definitely return.
Great food and presentation. The goat curry with taro was very tasty. Best phoe in town as the stock is made on a daily base.
