I only gave this place a good rating as the tempura fish and chips were excellent. The mochas were great too. But they really need to improve on service. We had to chase the waiter not once, not twice but 3 times. View all feedback.

Some fellow reviewers had a bad experience but it wasn't busy when I was here. Food and service wasn't bad at all. I guess one should avoid the busy hours.
