And I also love to eat Okinawa Soba with meet such as san-mai niku (three-layered pork , Sōki Soba (tender pork ribs , tebichi, (pork leg , and my favorite Nakami (pig stomach or as we call it where I am from -Chitterlings- . I have not found many places like this on the island that serve all four. Delicious!!
