They have a pretty solid menu for such a small storefront. Lots of healthy options; fruit, salad, etc and crave worthy pics; pancakes, fries, etc. We ordered a BLT with a side of avocado, chicken nuggets with fries and a coffee frappe and matcha frappe. Both frappes were quite sweet, so I'd probably go for a different beverage if you're just looking for your morning pick me up.

Enjoyable place for a coffee, sandwich or full dinner place! The service is always on point! It's got a full food menu with plenty of options. The view of the East China Sea is amazing! They have indoor and outdoor tables. They take credit card and yen. And staff speak some English. I do wish they had almond milk for their coffee drinks.

The food was average with a hike in price since this area is an attraction/tourist villa style beachfront boardwalk. There is a decent selection for everyone. The staff all seem to speak a couple of languages.

I used to love eating at Climax Coffee, but after waiting for 20 minutes from 9:10 to 9:30 for them to “open” at 9:30 just to be told to wait to 10:00 to be sea... read more I used to love eating at Climax Coffee, but after waiting for 20 minutes from 9:10 to 9:30 for them to “open” at 9:30 just to be told to wait to 10:00 to be seated without even ordering was infuriating when we are hungry and looking forward to their food. After being turned away relatively rudely we turned tail and went for a different business that wasn’t making us wait an 30 minutes from their listed “open” time to even sit at a table. Try it once or something then go somewhere else. Slow service as well. Sad because I used to enjoy them.
