**Restaurant Review Update - 11/06/2021** I wanted to share an unfortunate update regarding my experience with Heather Wirth. They failed to send coupons for the incorrect sandwiches I received, so I wouldn't recommend wasting your time seeking any type of refund. After reaching out, I was asked to provide pictures, and initially, the person who made the sandwiches insisted they were correct. I had to clarify the mistakes, and in the end, I was only offered a coupon for one free sub, which is quite disappointing considering that two of my sandwiches were completely wrong. For example, a Baja steak is definitely not turkey! During curbside pickup, two out of the three sandwiches were incorrect. The one sandwich we did share wasn't even edible for me as it had chipotle sauce, which I can’t eat. So, we ended up still feeling hungry. The third sandwich was intended for my son at work, but unfortunately, he can't eat it either. Overall, this experience has been frustrating and unsatisfactory.
It's a great place, but the only issue is that footlongs are now priced at $15, whereas they used to be only $5. Other than that, it's pretty good.
This is the worst Subway location I’ve ever been to. The staff here do not treat customers properly. We visited today with two coupons for footlongs at $5.99 each, but the current manager (a short man with a beard who always wears a hat and refused to give his name) was rude and spoke loudly, saying we couldn’t use two coupons at the same time. When I asked if we could make two separate transactions, he said no. I then said my husband would buy his own sandwich using the coupon and pay with his card, but the manager refused to serve us and even tried to kick us out of the store. I left because dealing with such a rude, impolite, and unprofessional person wasn’t worth my time. I don’t understand how he was promoted to manager. I urge whoever promoted him to reconsider, as this Subway location in Chaska is losing customers. To keep the business going, they need to replace him with employees who treat customers with respect. Customers should always be valued.
This Subway location has been a very disappointing experience, largely due to an employee named Heather. The customer service was shockingly poor, and when I raised my concerns through corporate, my complaints were forwarded to the very person who made the sandwich. After numerous emails and photographic evidence, Heather Wirth finally acknowledged the issue. She promised to send coupons as compensation but never followed through. Overall, this experience was extremely frustrating and left a negative impression.
This was my third time ordering sandwiches from Subway. My first visit was excellent, with two attentive staff members making sure everything was perfect. However, during my second visit, both the service and food quality declined noticeably, as those same staff were no longer there. Hoping my initial experience was just a fluke, I gave it another chance a year later—but my third visit turned out to be the worst by far. The woman behind the counter had a runny nose and wiped it on her forearm sleeve without changing her gloves while I was placing my order. I asked for two different Philly cheesesteaks, but she insisted I had ordered plain pepper jack cheese sandwiches. After I clarified my order, instead of correcting it, she argued with me, firmly claiming I only asked for cheese sandwiches. At that point, only cheese and bread were on the counter, so adding the requested steaks would have been easy, especially since I repeated my request for Philly cheesesteaks. Yet, she kept insisting I ordered just cheese sandwiches. When I asked her to listen to my Philly cheesesteak request, she shockingly told me she refused to serve me. It seems that at this Subway location, customers aren't allowed to customize their sandwiches as the menu suggests. Instead, it felt like the staff determined what you could order. The menu would be more accurate if it simply said "pick a number" instead of "build your own."
