The last two times I have had the same guy, his name is Justin he told me his name when he kindly asked me to take a survey on the receipt about the service that day.Had to be sure to write this, the customer service with him being who I have interacted with there was outstanding! Food wasperfect! Definitely will continue to come from Jordan to this Arby?s, as it?s well worth it! ????

They impress me every time I come with their sincerity, good attitude and overall exceptional customer service. Whoever is at the window is alwayskind. Good job to this Arby's in particular.
