Consistently closes 15 20 minutes before their posted closing time.Response In these scenarios there are always employees inside cleaning up for the day, due to them deciding to close early. It's not because I didn't know the store hours. View all feedback.
Didn?t get a chance to rate my service on my receipt but had to make sure I did on here. The last two times I have had the same guy, his name is Justin he told me his name when he kindly asked me to take a survey on the receipt about the service that day.Had to be sure to write this, the customer service with him being who I have interacted with there was outstanding! Food wasperfect! Definitely will continue to come from Jordan to this Arby?s, as it?s well worth it! ????
I had to write a review today. This Arby's has the best customer service out of any fast food around here. They impress me every time I come with their sincerity, good attitude and overall exceptional customer service. Whoever is at the window is alwayskind. Good job to this Arby's in particular.
Sorry Arby's, nothing bad being said about this store or its team. Nothing stood out enough for me to give that 5th start yet but don't twist it people, foods good n the team running it had no complaints from us
Picked up a to-go order. Great food, quick service. I avoid the drive-thru, the speaker volume is just too quiet. Dining room seems updated, very clean and neat.
They are slow, but always very nice, and food is always fresh and good! Love this place!!
