Starbucks - Chaska

I still get good service from this Starbucks. The staff is professional and works quickly to fulfill orders. Make sure to watch and hear that your drink or food items are called. All too often someone is too busy to notice their order is ready or takes someone else order think it is their. I also love the mobile order and will sometimes order from the car and then pick up to enjoy in the store in a few minutes without standing in. I can order my drink exactly as I want.

The staff at this restaurant are extremely friendly, skilled at their craft, and make excellent coffee. They work quickly and greet their regular customers by name. It's refreshing to visit a place that is always warm and reliable. Highly impressed with the service provided by the staff!

Shout out to Jamie! She's a total rockstar for handling my complex drink order with ease and a smile. Unfortunately, my recent visit was not as pleasant. A young woman with long blonde/brown hair was quite rude when I asked her to remake my incorrectly prepared drink. It left a sour taste in my mouth and I haven't been back since.

I had a great experience at this restaurant thanks to the former manager, Brandi, and the new manager, Jamie! Kerry, Adri, Jocelyn, Lisa, Olivia, Sarah, Alessandra, and Sofia were all fantastic. I travel to Starbucks locations all over the country and this one stands out for its excellent baristas.
