I received the wrong pizza, and when I called to address the issue, the employee argued with me and refused to send us the correct one. We've been loyal customers for 20 years, but unfortunately, we won't be ordering from you again. I suggest you consider letting that employee go, as he was quite rude and had a speech impediment.

I’ve lost a customer here. I received a coupon through their rewards program, but I was never informed that it had an expiration date—only that I had earned it. I tried to use it tonight, only to find out it had expired. I called the store to speak with Manager Pasha, who told me that once it's expired, it’s expired, and there’s nothing he can do about it. A 21-day expiration for a reward? That's a bit unreasonable.

They have a great recommendation of pizza's along with pointing out the deals. Couldn't wait to drive home, had to eat a piece of the Greek... YUM!! Will definitely get pizza there again.

The food is great, the staff is friendly, and the service is quick. Ordering online is a breeze, and there are excellent discounts available through the Upside app.

The delivery drivers are always great but the guy I’m assuming is the manager I dealt with today was so rude. I have had some issues here and there but never called and complained until today due to the order being so bad. I don’t think I will be ordering from here again just because of the bad customer service I received. Check your order, keep your receipts and make sure to take pictures!
