Mcdonald's - Chaska

I ordered an iced latte from the drive-thru, and I noticed a lot of black specks floating in the drink. It seemed like they had run out of ingredients, didn't want to make a fresh batch, and watered it down just to fill the medium cup.

I can't understand why they always mess up my order, and I still haven't received the so-called coupons they promised me nearly six months ago. This place is terrible. I wish there was an option for zero stars.

If you're a fan of **** pink quarter pounders, this is the spot for you. However, I'm not sure what has happened to this place; it used to serve well-cooked burgers, but that’s no longer the case!

Many times even on a small order I am told to pull ahead and wait, and wait, and wait… I don’t seem to have this issue at other locations . Other than that the food is your average McDonald’s quality. I don’t usually leave reviews much less bad reviews but this keeps happening over and over. I shouldn’t have to wait 5 minutes for a breakfast sandwich and a hash brown when it’s not even busy.

Breakfast ends at 10:30...I had placed an online app order at 10:09am. It took the money out of my account immediately. I arrive at Mc.Donald's at 10:17 am and had already choose the drive thru option. There were 4 cars in front of me. It took until exactly 10:30 for me to reach the ordering station where I gave them my online order code. They tell me that breakfast is over and they can't pull up my order any longer because the system won't allow them to. I ask for a manager, she says they could place another order but she would have to ring it up herself and I won't be getting the discounts I got online, plus it would be a 20 min wait because they don't have any breakfast left. Had I chose to park in a spot or go inside this would have been avoided. Although on the app it said that they will now be preparing the food so that my order is ready when I arrive. That's a joke too obviously. They had my order 20 minutes before the end of breakfast so Im pretty sure they saw it on the screen and just decided to screw me over. I'm over it. Deleted the app. Unhealthy food anyway and to work there how could you feel good about causing many people health problems.
