Heartbreakers Grill - Chaska

Loved my time here. I came with a small group and we were on our way to another engagement. The service was fast and efficient, food was great! I didn't get a chance to look at the full menu but looked great!

Best place in the area to drink a good Guinness, and have fun with friends. Highly recommended.

HB’s is the closest thing to ‘Cheers’ that exists in the SW Metro. All of the servers are wonderful—many of them have been there for years. For all of those places that have poor/slow service because, “no one wants to work anymore,” take a lesson from this place. I’m really impressed with how consistently tight the service is, even when it’s very busy.The food has always been tasty, and there are seasonal updates. I’ve eaten here probably a hundred times and have never been disappointed.They have Double Up for a Buck for happy hour from 3:30 (I think) until 6. The menu pricing is extremely reasonable, and the tap list is always solid.If I had to make any suggestions, they would only have to do with being so busy around peak hours. There seems to be bingo there about 3 days per week and many events each week, and it’s pretty difficult to find parking or a table. It would also be nice if a pool table was pulled out and replaced with more seating.They have a stellar dog-friendly patio with TVs and rollup shades, so there will be more seating once it warms up!Thanks for being awesome HB’s, looking forward to coming back for years to come!

Connor was our server and was fantastic! He is hilarious and a great server. Everyone should be so lucky to have such a server as he... because we are HERE to PUMP you up! ?

Tonight, we experienced first rate customer service from our server Ciera! It was an extra special evening as it was my wife's birthday and Ciera ensured it to be memorable through her attentiveness and great attitude! We are regular customers of Heartbreakers, we are drawn to dining there often as we truly appreciate the good food, warm atmosphere, great staff, and variety of entertainment. Our experience tonight was highlighted by Ciera's professional service, we could not be more appreciative! To the leadership at Heartbreakers, it is hard to pick a favorite server at your establishment (we love them all! but tonight, Ciera impressed us, and we wanted you to know about it. This experience provided us yet another reason we think Heartbreakers first when considering our dining and entertainment options! Cheers to Ciera and the rest of your wonderful staff!
