Domino's Pizza - Chaska

Poor quality control. I ordered a 3 topping pan pizza, well done along with the cheesy marinara dip. The first pizza I got was straight dough. (See first picture) The first cheesy marinara dip I got was just burnt cheese and no Mariana at all. (See secondpicture) I called the store and got my order remade without issue. As I was as the store I checked the pizza and dip. The pizzalooked better though was still doughy in the middle and the dip looked the same. The guy boxing it up assured me there wasmarinara on the bottom. There wasn?t. (See third picture) It wasn?t busy and there were plenty of employees there. How do youguys mess it up twice on top of lieing about the marinara dip? Will be going elsewhere from now on. At least they gave me a free2 liter.

I absolutely love the new menu at Domino's! In my opinion, it's hands down the best pizza place out there—no arguments about it!

Made an order for carryout. When arrived at the store the employee told me they were out of 3 different toppings that were supposed go on our food. She was kinda snippy about it So I was just like- whatever and took the food anyways at full price.With the missing toppings, the food was not satisfying to say the least. Left a bad taste in my mouth... lol

Horrible service!!! The app states that entering a room number is required at the hotel, but my order still wasn’t delivered. The Pizza Tracker showed it was on its way. When I called, the rude guy on the phone informed me that the delivery drivers don’t enter the building! Then, he had the nerve to blame me for not answering my phone 15 minutes earlier. It seems like ordering pizza and taking a shower at the same time is impossible! Unbelievable! My family just moved to town, and we definitely won’t be ordering from Domino's again!

The food was excellent, the staff was extremely friendly, and my order was ready right on time.
