The wild duck rossini chosen on the winter map and the calf apple that was proposed that day at the slate kept and exceeded their promises. The chef trained us with happiness on the way to this timeless French cuisine where the quality of the product, the excellence of the cooking, the genius of the juices marry for the greatest pleasure of the guests. A small word for the sommelier who knows his wines as we know his poems, yesterday glasses (towards of roannaise coast whose aromas of black fruit and black cassis fit perfectly with our desire for a wine of friends to drink with more lightness than solemnity. The inevitable little maladdresses of a young server who learns his profession with enthusiasm have been without consequences and call for encouragement more than criticism.

The servers were all very friendly, a warm welcome and really pleasant service. The only downside is not linked to the restaurant or the team but to a family with a young child next to us who threw his toys, screamed and even threw bread on the table opposite where he There was a family there (also with their young child but very very quiet) I know that this comment will attract some wrath but too bad, respect for others is important, children if we can't manage them we don't take them to the restaurant.
