Excellent and very friendly staff. Hearty breakfast. Special mention to Clara and especially Arthur… I promise if I pass through Chartres dear Arthur you will be able to pilot (out of service of course… the Granturismo) and I always keep my promises. Small suggestion however, following a disappointment... it would perhaps be necessary to arrange a time slot for children's spa access under the responsibility of the parents. The welcome is perfect, professional and pleasant from start to finish. The bar is beautiful and worth a visit too for a cocktaileven without staying at the hotel!
