This place is as consistent as Dunkin'. Donuts has ever produced. The young lady who manages or runs that place daily on her own is a godsend. She helped me with an app issue. that was at hand made me feel at home. Small talk was amazing. Being I was from out of the area, she picked up on it pretty quick. What Jordyn Szretter doesn't like about Dunkin':
The place leaves a lot to be desired, but to no fault of the minimum wage workers behind the counter. They have very few staff, and the spot is prime for pretty big breakfast rushes since it connects the center of Charlton to Route 20. The food is bad because Dunkin food itself is low quality, nothing to do with how it's prepared. View all feedback.

Ordered sourdough sandwich and the egg was still frozen and it wasn't even toasted as requested.the wake up wraps weren't even
Man at the counter had absolutely no clue what was going on. I tried ordering a maple sugar bacon croissant and he cut me off mid-sentence saying We don 't have that. That 's a seasonal item. He had to be corrected by his co-worker. He then got defensive and said we 'll nobody told ME that which I thought was odd. After a minute of him fumbling around on the cash register, he asked me what did you want that on? And I said a croissant please and he goes we don 't have that. And I said oh okay, what do you have? And he gestured toward the back and said we have two plain bagels left . That would 've been helpful to know right away right? I said that 's alright and just walked out. Incredibly poor, slow customer service all around. I 'll go to other Dunkin locations with competent staff members from now on.

Its the younger kids working there that make this such a horrible experience . Every morning i stop in before work , the skinny young white kid with the tight pants always has on an aggravated face attitude . Ask for something and i get the grunts, heavy sighs and mumbling under his/her breathe. I say good morning and or try to be friendly and get absolutely nothing but a stank face smh his demeanor has never once changed since hes started workin there as i said i stop in every morning before work . 3am . Kids these days , no respect , no morals , no drive or determination its sad .
