Timothy's World Coffee - Charlottetown

I ordered a veggie wrap here today, paid with a credit card, and even added a tip. I waited for 30 minutes, and after 15 minutes, I noticed that the customers who arrived after me were being served. They hadn’t even started making my order. Because of the long wait, I decided to leave and ask for a refund, but they were unable to process a refund to my credit card. Instead, they only provided cash equivalent to the price of the wrap. I won’t be coming back here again.

I've been visiting Timothy's for over three years, and I've noticed that both the service and ambiance have declined lately, especially in terms of service. During my last couple of visits, I ordered a couple of breakfast bagels, and they forgot to make them, even though the place wasn't busy at all. Additionally, the coffee isn't very good considering the prices. They renovated the shop, but it seems like they should have updated their ordering systems instead of relying on memory. If you're looking for a better coffee shop, I recommend checking out Receiver or Kettle Black.

Great spot for a quick bagel and tea in the morning before heading out to view some sights. The service was friendly, and there was plenty of seating available.

Good lattes, nice and comfortable atmosphere. The staff is always kind.
