We came to lunch today and were blown away and wondered why we had taken so long to get there. The decor and the view are amazing. We had lunch in the dinning room, where you can experience the students who theoretically apply their skills. The meal was delicious. Very rare I can get GF Pasta in a restaurant. And that was the corn paste that is much better than the brown rice paste. Our server shark was pretty good.... View all feedback.
I had heard lots of great things about the dining room at the culinary institute and had never been despite living in Charlottetown for a long time. Despite the « hype » it still managed to exceed my expectations. We got a lovely seat next to the windows overlooking the water and Victoria park. The menu was the perfect size, enough to provide variety without being unintentional. The service was excellent from start to finish. You can tell the culinary institute also teaches students about the broader service experience in a restaurant beyond the food itself. We enjoyed a mixed charcuterie board to start, and a mushroom risotto and pork escalope for mains. Everything was delicious.I definitely recommend it for a nice meal out. It rivals the other higher-end dining experiences in town (Red water, Slaymaker, sims, Brickhouse) both in terms of menu and food quality as well as service.
Forget about the negative reviews you see, there are still some legit managers. I have tried so many managers and I got scammed until I met Mrs richard betty, her 100% legit and reliable. I just made my 3rd withdrawal all by myself without any extra charges. This time I invested $2500 and profited $26,320.

An incredibly affordable fine dining experience! It's a shame that they now close during the summertime, as I know tourists would really enjoy it and likewise, students may appreciate having a summer job option after graduating. Hopefully this changes in the future. So many delicious and well thought out dishes made with local ingredients, there is something for everybody here. The menu rotates on occasion, giving reason to visit multiple times a year.Favorites would be the roasted stuffed poblano chili so deep and flavorful with a beautiful chocolate sauce (and don't worry, it's not spicy)! Their mixed/cheese boards are always stacked with a variety of delicious cheeses and breads to share with a group. The salads are pretty simple, but always hit all the right notes in terms of flavor. Bruschetta is pretty tasty, though you don't really get a lot per serving in this dish. I did enjoy their roasted mushroom and barley risotto it's hearty, and the honey roasted carrots are just so soft and savory sweet. One downfall they had with the menu was a lack of vegetarian pasta. All dishes contain meat or fish hopefully when we visit next year this will change and they'll include at least one vegetable pasta option. If you happen to have room for dessert, their pastries and cakes are amazing. All of them really hit the spot and look so beautiful.Vegetarian options: Generally always a hot/cold app and main that is vegetarianDietary restrictions: Not as much flexibility for dietary restrictions, but there are tons of options on the menu that will hopefully cater to your needs
