The chef offers great portion sizes and will spice your dish to your liking. Cucumber is a terrific starter, Kung pow chicken and a noodle dish they recommended were terrific. Our second time there and will be back. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Luo's Family Restaurant:
I have ordered from this restaurant twice now and I must say, the food is honestly terrible. I tried the fish and chips as well as the poutine, and I was quite disappointed to find that even the poutine was below average in quality. View all feedback.

The chief is very nice. He cook the fish we caught during deep see fishing. The dishes tasted very good. I would recommend to try if you like Sichuan cuisine.
I love Sichuan Cusine here, which might not be able to find any other restaurant here in PEI. Szechuan cuisine is composed of seven basic flavours: sour, pungent, hot, sweet, bitter, aromatic, and salty. Why not coming for a try?
I was really impressed by the options and quality of food and presentation. Will definitely be a regular there.
We happened to see this place walking by and decided to give it a try as we have enjoyed other restaurants serving authentic Chinese food. We ordered Kung Pao chicken to compare with others we've tried and Shredded Pork with Spicy Garlic sauce. The server brought out a free appetizer which seemed to be a sort of gelatin which was sliced and served with a sauce. The server said it was made from bean. There was a spicy sauce on it and it was actually quite delicious. We ordered our meals with rice and when the food came, we were very happy with the portion sizes. We each received a very large bowl of rice and the main course meals came in a separate very large dish. The Kung Pao chicken was very good. I can't say it was the best (we've tried this dish at many restaurants) but the freshly roasted peanuts put it in the running for sure. The Spicy Pork was very flavourful and colourful (lots of vegetables). We really enjoyed this dish as well. We came in very hungry and could barely finish this meal between two of us. The atmosphere could use a bit of improvement. The furniture is very nice and comfortable but I'd like to see a few more decorations. Also, there was dance music playing and the t.v. at the same time and this was a bit too much. On the plus side, the servers were very friendly!I'd recommend this restaurant and will be back to try some more dishes.
