Gaia is the best vegan and vegetarian restaurant in Prince Edward Island! Everyone can enjoy a delicious and healthy meal from their extensive menu. Their vegan pizzas are incredible! I visited Gaia's based on positive reviews but found it to be just okay, not great. I ordered a Tofu Reuben which had rotten avocado and had to be sent back. The Dragon Bowl was tasty, although it had old wilted lettuce at the bottom and only two small slices of tofu on top.
