We visited TJ's for Mother's Day brunch, and it was fantastic! There was a large selection of made-to-order breakfast and lunch items, including omelets, prime rib, eggs Benedict, paella, and much more. They also had an impressive dessert and cheese bar that was truly delightful. The service was excellent, making it a memorable Mother's Day celebration. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Tj’s Tavern:
we were again very satisfied with eating on tj’s .the Mother’s buffet included an extensive selection of breakfast food, made to order omegas, bee, bark, pork, bun, seafood, salad and desserts. presentation was beautiful .. and everything was delicious. the six of us really enjoyed the many numbers of decisions. the space in which space sat was large and lacked window and therefore had no ambiente. but we did not ask... In the past my family and I have throughly enjoyed TJ'S Tavern however our last visit we were very disappointed in the service. The staff was disorganized and we're not attentive to their tables. It took several intervals for us to obtain he correct drink orders. Then replenishing water and coffee was non-existent. Lastly , the wait staff commenting to each other on the patrons was tacky and unacceptable.
Meant to make a reservation for brunch but ended up sitting down for the breakfast buffet. Good hotel food and good service!
The food (once it arrived) was actually very good. A ribeye, crab Mac n cheese and the cheese platter were all delicious. The service left a lot to be desired. Probably won't become a regular spot.
Decided to take the family , parents, aunts, uncles and cousins out for Thanksgiving so we could all be together and for once no one would have to cook and clean. I don't think I could have found anything better. The food and service was very good, the staff was very accommodating and pleasant. We will be back next year.
In general terms, I am not a big fan of buffets for while the quantity of available food is typically very good, it is also typical that the food is average at best. TJ’s was on point in this regard. I thought the cost was a bit high as well. While on a certain level your options for restaraunts might be limited on Thanksgiving, I think you should at least expect an eating experience that is above average. TJ’s at least on this occasion, did not meet my minimal expectations.
